2) Item not heavier than 1kg (+$3 for successive 1kg)

3) Arrangement for Collection must be made before 11am

if appointment for collection is made after 11am, item may have to be scheduled for the day after next.

4) Local Delivery in Singapore only

5) No Re-scheduled Delivery or Re-delivery if recipient is not available to receive. (Item shall be placed in riser or at doorstep with photo proof.)

Sender can request item to be returned to him/her, if recipient is not available, but at a charge of another $7.
